​​In the 60's I started working as a chef assistant. Then, with the experience gained abroad, I improved and became a chef myself. I had the privilege of working in China, Japan, United States, Australia, Bahrain, Dubai, Brazil, Argentina. 

During the 80's I joined a group of architects, accountants, lawyers and consultants. We became a team. We are now a "Brigade of Italian masters" who, through experience, is able to export the culinary culture worldwide.

From another point of view, it is intended to fully organize the businesses related to the above mentioned fields.
